RIYADH — The sixth week of the Esports World Cup 2025 saw intense competition across multiple titles, with the Club Championship race heating up as Team Liquid maintained its lead over Team Falcons.
In Teamfight Tactics, the stage is set for an explosive semifinal showdown after several surprises in the early rounds. Pre-tournament favorites Team Vitality and Twisted Minds failed to make the top eight, losing out on valuable Club Championship points. However, both Team Liquid and Team Falcons suffered the same fate, meaning the gap between the leaders remained unchanged.

Tekken 8 delivered its own drama, with six of seven South Korean players advancing to Stage 2, while only two of Pakistan’s five contenders made it through. Among them is Arslan Siddique, a fan favorite, who faces a comeback path after an early loss to South Korea’s Jeon Sang-hyun.
