The body of Mohammed Al-Qasim, the 20-year-old Saudi student who was fatally stabbed in Cambridge, UK, last Friday, has been brought to Makkah for burial. After prayers were held for him at the Grand Mosque, he was transferred to Al-Shuhada cemetery, where he will be laid to rest.

Men wishing to offer their condolences can visit the family’s home in Makkah’s Al-Alawi neighborhood on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Al-Qasim, an English language student, was tragically killed just before midnight on August 1. Authorities have arrested two men in connection with the incident: a 21-year-old from Cambridge suspected of murder, and a 50-year-old suspected of assisting an offender.
