Saudi Arabia Pavilion Showcases AI, Education, and Culture at Expo 2025 Osaka
OSAKA — The Saudi Arabia Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka will host a series of cross-sector business events from July 22 to 25, highlighting the Kingdom’s advancement in artificial intelligence, education, culture, and digital transformation.
These events are part of Theme Week Five, titled “Learning and Playing,” which runs from July 17 to 28. The initiative aims to promote global collaboration and reflect Saudi Arabia’s strategic focus on innovation and the knowledge economy.
On July 22, the Cultural Development Fund will lead a session titled “The Art of Play: Integrating Culture into Learning Environments,” examining how cultural elements such as arts and heritage can enhance educational frameworks and stimulate creativity in youth. The panel will feature Dr. Mohammed Alhussein, CEO of Mozn AI, and Dr. Wafa Alsubail, founder of the children’s library Kan Ya Makan, with Reem Busati as moderator.
Later the same day, the Sports for All Federation will present “Learning Through Play: The Success of Our Neighborhood Clubs Initiative,” which will explore the development of a grassroots model that began in a single school and grew into a nationwide platform encouraging physical activity, inclusivity, and community health. Speakers include Lama Al-Muhana and Dalal Al-Shebaiky, with Reem Al-Shalhoub moderating.
On July 25, the Music Commission will host a session titled “AI & Creative Art,” highlighting MusiqAI, a digital platform powered by artificial intelligence that supports music education and professional development. Speakers include Manar Alhawiti and Saqer Alghuwainem, moderated by Ahmed Karkanawi.
All sessions will take place at the Collaboration Hub in the Saudi Arabia Pavilion, with live Japanese translation available. These discussions are part of more than 150 business-oriented events scheduled throughout the six-month Expo, offering a platform for engagement on investment, sustainability, innovation, and education.
The Saudi Arabia Pavilion is located in the Connecting Zone (C14-01) near the West Gate and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The full event schedule is available on the pavilion’s official website.
