audi Pavilion Offers Glimpse into Kingdom’s Creative Soul at Expo 2025
OSAKA Since the gates opened in April, Saudi Arabia’s pavilion at Expo 2025 has become more than just a visual landmark it’s turned into a hub of cultural exchange, drawing visitors eager to learn more about the Kingdom’s artistic spirit.
Tucked inside the pavilion are two cozy cultural studios that have quietly become one of the highlights. These spaces have been buzzing with activity, hosting a wide range of workshops, exhibitions, and live performances — more than 115 events so far. From traditional crafts to contemporary installations, Saudi artists are sharing stories that bridge the gap between heritage and modern expression.
The program is tailored for a Japanese audience, offering a thoughtful mix of creativity and connection. Organizers say the goal is simple: to build a cultural bridge that brings the people of Saudi Arabia and Japan closer together.
The pavilion itself is no small affair. It’s the second largest at the Expo, right after Japan’s and it’s already welcomed over a million visitors.
Expo 2025 in Osaka runs through October and is expected to draw millions more from around the globe.
