Tuwaiq Academy Unveils 200 New Training Camps and Programs in Emerging Tech Sectors

JEDDAH — Riyadh-based technology academy Tuwaiq Academy announced opening over 200 new training camps and programs in 10 main sectors, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Monday.

The programs, offered both in Riyadh in person and online, offer professional certifications created in collaboration with technology leaders across the world. Top performers will also receive access to special job opportunities upon program completion.

The programs are available to a general crowd that includes students and graduates from universities, staff, and school pupils. Some areas of concentration include programing, security, data science, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, user experience, virtual worlds, mechatronics engineering, game development, drones, and other emerging technologies.

CEO Abdulaziz Al-Hammadi emphasized the academy’s partnership with over 60 global partners like Meta, Google, Nvidia, Amazon, and Huawei. Most of the camps, he pointed out, are being presented in the region for the first time.

“These programs offer a training experience in line with the job market, with accredited certifications that enhance national talent and serve the purposes of the Human Capability Development Program in Saudi Vision 2030,” Al-Hammadi added.

Tuwaiq Academy has graduated more than 35,000 students since its establishment, with more than 80 percent of the graduates of its bootcamp placed in jobs in six months through its Tuwaiq Employment Program.

The academy also hosts competitions, activities, and an employment league meant to position graduates in higher positions within industries.

All programs are free and can be accessed through the official website: tuwaiq.edu.sa.
