AE Golden Visa: Rayad Group Issues Apology, Denies Guaranteed Residency Claims
DUBAI Rayad Group, a Dubai-based visa consultancy, has issued a formal apology following public backlash over misleading claims regarding the AE Golden Visa. The company clarified that there is no government-backed guaranteed or lifetime visa program available in exchange for payment.
In a statement released this week, the group said:
“We unreservedly apologize for the confusion caused by recent reports and commentary. We take full responsibility for ensuring that our future communications align with the UAE’s strict regulatory standards.”
The controversy began after the group allegedly circulated information suggesting the UAE government was offering a lifetime Golden Visa for ₹23.30 lakh a claim that quickly went viral.
Rayad Group admitted that comments made by its Managing Director were “misplaced” and had contributed to widespread misinterpretation.
“These statements did not accurately reflect our intent, scope of services, or authority regarding the UAE Golden Visa program,” the group noted.
They stressed that no guaranteed visa, fixed-price scheme, or lifetime residency product exists under UAE law.
“The Rayad Group does not offer, support, or endorse any such arrangement,” the statement emphasized.
The AE Golden Visa is a selective long-term residency program granted to qualified individuals based on merit, contribution, or investment subject to approval from relevant authorities.
